At its annual developers conference, Apple CEO Steve Jobs presented its newest version of the iPhone: the iPhone 4. “In 2010 we´re going to take the biggest leap since the original iPhone. This is really hot,” Jobs says about Apple´s newest creation.
The new iPhone 4 will be the thinnest smartphone that has been produced. It is only 9.3 mm thick and hence 24 percent thinner than its precursor. It will have glass on the back and metal around the sides.
Jobs also says that the statistics about mobile browser usage speak for themselves: 58.2 percent of the market has the iPhone and the Android only 22.7 percent. The new iPhone will be available this summer.
